Refund and Returns Policy

At Gourmy Foods, we are committed to providing high-quality pre-packed herbs and spices to our customers. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product, and we have created a returns policy to ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible.

Timeframe for Returns:

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are in their original condition. Customers must notify the company within 14 days and then have a further 14 days to return the products.

Method of Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email to let us know that you wish to return the item. We will then provide you with a shipping label for you to use. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in shipping.

Condition of Returns:

We can only accept returns of products that are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. If the product has been opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund or Exchange:

If you are returning a product within the 14-day period and it meets our return policy conditions, we will provide a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several business days to process.

Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of products that have passed their expiry date.
